This questionnaire is designed as a starting point. It is not a screening test or an assessment. The idea is to give you a guide as to whether you should continue building up a picture/profile of your child.
The result is based on your answers and also what difficulties you may feel they have. It has not been tested on the general statistical normal (or a non dyslexic) population. The result will indicate either probable, possible or unlikely tendencies of dyslexia.
